Preserving New Baltimore’s most beautiful places and bringing neighbors together
The NBC is a community-led NGO that provides a variety of experiences for people of all ages. Join us at our annual events like the Taste of History, Wine and Cheese, Barn Party, and more to connect with friends, neighbors, and guests. Engage at our monthly meetings, offering speakers and programs covering topics ranging from identification of invasive plants, archaeological and geological surveys, historical accounts of the creation of the Hudson River Valley, historic restorations of homes and barns, and birding. Or enjoy the great outdoors by participating in informative trail and nature walks, Hudson River paddle excursions, trail days, picnics, Story Walks, and more.

Hannacroix Creek Preserve
Take in the tranquility of New Baltimore on 133 acres of beautifully preserved forest, including 4 major maintained trails and views of our beautiful waterfalls!

Hudson River Interpretive Trail
Enjoy the tranquility of a 40-acre Hudson River estuary and cross the World’s First Recycled Bridge as you make your way to the Hudson River’s shores.

Long View Park
Wander down to the river through a historic farmstead. Scenic Hudson’s Long View Park property is 76 acres, part of the historic Bronk farm from the mid-19th century that was farmed through the mid-20th century.

Historic Hamlet
Take an unforgettable stroll through this architectural and historic gem, including rare, intact streetscapes, buildings, character, natural resources, and a sense of community from the 1790s to the 1940s.
