Your financial support is essential to the mission of the New Baltimore Conservancy (NBC).
Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, NBC is able to expand its work protecting and caring for the lands entrusted to usโfrom scenic overlooks and forests to wetlands and open spaces throughout New Baltimore and the surrounding Hudson Valley.
Your contributions help ensure that residents and visitors todayโand generations to comeโcan enjoy the regionโs remarkable natural beauty, healthy ecosystems, and vibrant community spaces. From the sweeping views of the Hudson River to the trails, farms, and wildlife that define our landscape, these are the places that make living in the Hudson Valley truly special.
Together, we are preserving and stewarding the land that connects our community to nature.

Stock Transfer Donations
Donating appreciated securities to the New Baltimore Conservancy may provide valuable tax benefits while directly supporting local land stewardship and community programs.
Gifts of stock and other marketable securities are typically eligible for a full fair-market value charitable tax deduction, and donors may avoid capital gains taxes that would otherwise apply if the securities were sold first. Stock gifts are credited to the donor based on the average high and low market value on the date the transfer is completed.
These contributions help the Conservancy continue its work managing and protecting community lands in partnership with organizations such as Scenic Hudson, the Town of New Baltimore, and other regional partners.
For assistance with a stock transfer or other marketable property donation, please contact the New Baltimore Conservancy at:
